They had a son, Ron and a daughter, Judy. Judy married Geoff in 1974 and gave her two granddaughters, Sarah and Emma. After the death of Fred in 1994 Ron and Win shared the family home and looked after each other.

She was delighted to see both her grand daughters married and in August she was thrilled to become a Great Granny to Heather. She enjoyed spending her life caring for the family and making endless cups of tea for Urmston Operatic Society, of which she was an active member for 50 years and Chairman of the ladies committee. She was loved by many people and will be greatly missed.
